Enclave Home Health Solutions
is a family-owned and operated home health care agency in Rutherford, New Jersey. The agency was founded in 2013 by dedicated individuals who have extensive knowledge of home care, health sciences, emergency response, and leadership. They have unique backgrounds in business management, community health, and education.
Their experience caring for their elderly parents motivated them to create Enclave Home Health Solutions
. As primary caregivers of two dementia patients, they sought support and relief from their home care professionals. However, they felt the industry was lacking in many regards. After years of supervising the care of their parents, they realized that there was a need for “more” — more dedication, more compassion, more accountability, and better customer service. Enclave Home Health Solutions
was born from this realization.
Enclave Home Health Solutions
is licensed by the Division of Consumer Affairs. Our staff is licensed, certified, insured, and trained in the ENCLAVE Approach. The nursing staff has over ten years of experience with home care. Our Certified Home Health Aides operate under the supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing. The staff undergoes an intensive interview process, annual health screenings, background checks, orientation to each case, training, and verification of credentials.
Our Care Coordinator, in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, works closely with our clients and their families to find the best services for your needs. Our agency operates seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. We serve Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren counties. We accept private clients and those insured through HMO and other participating groups (JACC, Long Term Care Partners). For further information on coverage, contact our office directly!
